Erdogan-AygunMr Erdogan Aygun is a passionate restaurant director and a businessman. He has good knowledge and command of the cuisine of the southern coast, expertise in seafood and, of course, a master of the grill.

His main interest, though, is the pleasure the customers that walk in through the doors: making customers ‘happy’ is a skill that he has perfected over the years as a restaurateur.
